Service Description

A Hatha yoga class taking place at Tipi Yoga on Sheepstreet Lane overlooking the rolling hills of East Sussex. Hatha is a slower, grounding practice focusing on building a strong yogic foundation. Hatha yoga is a balance of strength and flexibility, slower in nature than other forms of yoga but asana is still paired with breathe. Sometimes challenging but low impact and suitable for all levels.
